Preparation:
Marinate the chicken using my 5 dry spices (S & P, onion, garlic, paprika, and cumin)
Marinate for 15 mins, pan-fry lightly in vegetable oil for 3-5 mins, remove chicken from pan, add 5 fresh ingredients: scallions, onions, thyme, garlic, and pepper, add 1/2 cup of ketchup, toss to create a roux⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pour over chicken and then bake in oven at 350 degrees for 15 mins.⠀
