Ingredients:
4lbs Chuck Roast
5 dry (onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, steak dry)
5 fresh (scellion, onions, garlic, peppers, thyme)
2 tbl sp olive oil
1 cup carrots
1 cup potaoes
2 lbs fresh green beans
Preparation:
Season chuck sirloin with my 5 dry (onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, steak dry)
Coat the meat with flour, then braise in olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Add chopped 5 fresh ingredients, 1/2 cup of red wine, 1 cup of beef broth
Allow to simmer on the stove, add chopped carrots & potatoes then transfer to the oven.
Bake at 300 degrees for 2hrs until meat is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork!!
Cut green bean in eual size to cook evenly
Seasoned with dry ingredients add ½ cup fresh seasonings and toss in olive oil,
Add fresh green beans toss
