Pot Roast with Mac n Cheese & Curried Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 4lbs Chuck Roast

  • 5 dry (onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, steak dry)

  • 5 fresh (scellion, onions, garlic, peppers, thyme)

  • 2 tbl sp olive oil

  • 1 cup carrots

  • 1 cup potaoes

  • 2 lbs fresh green beans

 Preparation:

  1. Season chuck sirloin with my 5 dry (onion, garlic, paprika, cumin, steak dry)

  2. Coat the meat with flour, then braise in olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  3. Add chopped 5 fresh ingredients, 1/2 cup of red wine, 1 cup of beef broth

  4. Allow to simmer on the stove, add chopped carrots & potatoes then transfer to the oven.

  5. Bake at 300 degrees for 2hrs until meat is tender and easily pulls apart with a fork!!

  6. Cut green bean in eual size to cook evenly

  7. Seasoned with dry ingredients add ½ cup fresh seasonings and toss in olive oil, 

  8. Add fresh green beans toss
